Shared learning is an essential feature of our local delivery work, and we want to be able to share in a way that significantly helps other locations.
Along with workshops around the country, we’re running a series of webinars to catch up with the latest from our local delivery programmes and share what's being learned.
We'll post dates of further webinars here, and how to sign up for them – or to be informed directly, sign up to our Community of Learning mailing list in the 'What are the pilots?' tab.

July 2020
Colleagues from the Calderdale local delivery pilot tell their story about how they've been working to integrate physical activity into health and social care.
We also heard from Calderdale Council Adult Health and Social Care about how this work materialised, so that whole of health and social care now embraces physical activity from, commissioning to assessing and caring for clients.
February 2020
This webinar looked at what is shifting and changing across the local delivery pilots, specifically looking at three key themes; collective action, collaborative partnerships and co-creation with communities.
It was led by Russell Turner, strategic lead for local delivery, who was joined by Clare Henry from the Doncaster pilot and Mal Fitzgerald and Dr Kara Danks from the South Tees pilot.
October 2019
Our fourth webinar looked at engaging with localities. Colleagues from the Greater Manchester pilot talked about community engagement and, in particular, how voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise partners are at the heart of this work.
July 2019
This webinar looked at the expanding learning and themes that are most commonly occurring across the pilots and was led by Naomi Shearon, our strategic lead for market insight, who was joined by Jason Fergus from the Essex pilot.
April 2019
Our second webinar focussed on community engagement and featured colleagues from two of the LDPs (Birmingham and Solihull, and Withernsea) who shared their stories about how they’ve reached out to people in their local communities.
