Purpose of the Playbook

All Borrowers confirmed, as part of the loan contracting process, that they sought legal advice upon entering the agreements.

However, all stakeholders acknowledge that any agreement can be complex to navigate.

The aim of the Playbook is to help Borrowers, by providing a simple guide to Sport Survival Package loan agreements, to facilitate understanding and support an ability to repay, report and request consents in a proactive manner.

This Playbook does not constitute legal advice and should not be seen as a replacement for Borrowers seeking appropriate legal guidance to assist them in fully understanding their obligations under the terms of the loan agreement.
