Volunteering & Voluntary Sector Capacity Building Project Team

Terms of Reference

• To review current work taking place in the region relating to sports volunteering, voluntary sector support and capacity building
• To consider key national and regional developments relating to sports volunteering and voluntary sector support and identify the implications for the region
• To produce action plans which improves support for and builds the capacity of the voluntary sports sector to hep deliver the East of England Plan for Sport
• To oversee, monitor and review the action plans on a regular basis as appropriate
• To identify and promote examples of good practice in volunteer management and/or support for the voluntary sports sector
