LoveSport Exhibition At-Bristol
LoveSport, the exhibition, is everything that sport should be - accessible, fun, challenging and most of all, for everyone! The exhibition combines all the feelings associated with sporting endeavor from local sport to world superstardom. Additional funding from Sport England enabled the exhibition to be further enhanced by providing exciting and engaging programming for schools and leisure visitors such as a Healthy Bodies interactive workshop for school groups. Bristol Academy of Sport - Filton College, Bristol
The Bristol Academy of Sport is based at Filton Further Education College to the north of Bristol, and provides sports coaching and college-level education to potential elite-level athletes. Read about their many partnerships, TEAM initiative and LEAP progrqamme in this case study.
Northern Arc Community Sports Project
This important project, which provides sport and physical activity opportunities, and also contributes to social inclusion, community cohesion and regeneration, across three communities in Bristol.

Groundwork - Spaces for Sport
Netham Pavilion & MUGA - Bristol
Sport England believes in Groundwork’s vision of a society made up of sustainable, vibrant, healthy and safe communities. Groundwork encourages participation in sports and recreational activities in communities, as part of contributing towards this vision. The development of spaces and facilities enables people to participate in sporting activities.

Action Indoor Sports – Whitchurch, Bristol
Action Indoor Sports have recently hosted the Indoor Cricket World Cup. They will also be hosting the Masters Indoor Cricket World Cup as well as the Indoor UK Corporate Games. Action Indoor Sports targets less talented sports men and women. is exclusively designed for small-sided versions of mainstream ball sports, played in an all weather environment with netted Action Cells. 6-a-side teams play at fast pace using all surfaces of the court. The games are designed so that anyone aged from 7 to 70 years old can play.
Action Indoor Sports are developing a number of initiatives including:
Sport England funding allowed Action Indoor Sports to train their coaching staff, to travel to schools promoting the centre and to purchase sports equipment.
