Jade Tregale
Despite being diagnosed with significant dyslexia at 11, Jade has turned her life into something positive through sport. By the age of 18 she had already demonstrated her potential as a football coach, swimming teacher, lifeguard and as an active member of the Plymouth Argyle Ladies Football team. She is currently studying a three-year course in Sports Development at Plymouth University. Pauline Beare
Pauline's passion is sharing her love of running. Her big achievement is the Women's Running Network which caters for women of all running abilities. There is no competition amongst its members. Women are encouraged to run for fun, fitness and friendship. Women are given the opportunity to run safely in same sex groups, which promotes motivation and confidence. Sarah Binding
Sarah admits coaching is her life. She eats, sleeps, breathes and dreams gymnastics and coaching. She combines a day job as Talent Development Coach for gymnastics for Somerset County Council with her role as Head Coach of the City of Bath Rhythmic Gymnastics Club, where she coaches an Elite squad who hold a number of British national titles. Sarah's achievements were given national recognition when she won the title of Community Sports Coach of the Year in sports coach UK's 2007 national awards.
