ISO 9001:2000	Swimming pools,sports halls, stp's, health & fitness & golf
Investors in Excellence	Swimming pools,sports halls, stp's, health & fitness & golf
Charter Mark	Swimming pools,sports halls, stp's, health & fitness & golf
Green Flag	Grass pitches

Here is the list of those facilities that Sport England have recordedas having ahieved one of the quality assurance standards. This list has been used to generate the 2008 indicator scores.

How to feedback changes to the Quality Assurance Standard Master List
Please send an email to cpa@sportengland.org notifying us of any changes. If you believe that a site is missing off the list then please ensure that you confirm the following in your email:

the site contains one of the following facilities:

Swimming Pool
Sports Hall
Synthetic Turf Pitch
Health and Fitness
Golf Course
Grass Pitch

the quality assurance standard has been achieved for the individual sports facility and is currently valid.
the facility is available for community use through pay and play, membership, club use or community group use
the individual sports facility (including sports facilites on school sites) has been specifically visited by an assessor as part of the assurance process (only required for Charter Mark and ISO 9001:2000)
name of the Certification Body (only required for Charter Mark and ISO 9001:2000)
evidence that the facility has been included within the assessment, eg a copy of the application framework, certificate, or reference number (only required for Charter Mark and ISO 9001:2000)

Please note that Green Flag is the only quality assurance standard recognised for Grass Pitch sites.
