Get Active with Britain on the Move
Anglia Action worked with Sport England East and the British Heart Foundation to devise and deliver a regional pilot campaign that would promote the health benefits of physical activity to people living in the East of England, and increase awareness of the ways they can regularly fit appropriate and manageable levels of exercise into their everyday lives. The campaign was designed to dovetail with ITV’s Britain on the Move campaign run during summer 2004.

Regional activity mapping in the East of England
Results of the BHF Physical Activity mapping research are now available, with the final report published and the database containing around 250 examples of projects to encourage physical activity in the East of England (hosted on the ERPHO website).

Young Disabled People and Sport in the East of England
The English Federation of Disability Sport, in conjunction with the Active Sport Partnerships, commissioned Syzygy Leisure Ltd to undertake a unique piece of research in to Young Disabled People and Sport in the East of England.  This research commenced in November 2003 and was concluded in May 2004.

Value of sport and the economy
Sport England has published the outcome of a major national study assessing the economic value of sport in England and reported for the first time on its value across all of the English regions. The report highlights the increasing value of sport to the economy.
