A rugby line-out

The Big Lottery Fund in England is investing up to £200 million in between 100 and 150 urban and rural neighbourhoods which have been overlooked for funding.

The funding is to set up as an independent charitable trust which will support local funding schemes in the targeted neighbourhoods.
