Association for Sports Development in London
This organisation is the London arm of the National Association for Sports Development. There has never been greater need for a coordinated and planned approach to sports development and sports development professionals have never needed more the strength that a professional organisation brings. NASD is that organisation, representing as it does sports development practitioners from governing body Performance Managers to Active Sport Activators, from coaches to Specialist Sports Coordinators.

LAP club, coach development workshop programme
The attached programme is produced by LAP to meet the Minimum Operating Standards of Active Sports and to support club, coach and volunteer development as a service to partners across the region.

The 'A Club For All' (ACFA) workshops will be incorporating discussions and promotion of the LAP 'Club Health Check' document. One of the Running Sport 'A Club For All' tutors (John Robinson) is in the process of tailoring the workshop to ensure it's inclusion fits logically with the rest of the ACFA material.

The 'Volunteer Management' (VM) workshops will be incorprating Step Into Sport materials/information. Tim Copley (Sport England - Sports Development Team) is currently looking at the VM Tutor Notes and Step Into Sport information to ensure , again, the two materials fit logically together. This will then be forwarded to the tutors who will deliver the workshops for them to make comment if required.
