£100m CAMPAIGN to boost sport participation welcomed by Sport England North East

A £100m campaign to give every child the chance of five hours of sport every week has been announced by the Prime Minister, Gordon Brown.

This announcement has been warmly welcomed by Sport England North East and it is hoped that the additional investment will ensure even more children have access to sport, creating a more active and fitter region.  more info
