FE, HE & their contribution to Sport in Yorkshire (2008 Survey)
Sport England Yorkshire commissioned the Centre of Sports Industry Research at Sheffield Hallam University to survey the region's colleges and universities in order to understand the contribution they make to sport in Yorkshire.
The survey findings show:
- sports participation delivered by the colleges and universities to their students, as well as to local communities
- information on volunteering and placements in sport
- information on the delivery of sports-related courses
