Philosophy
Sport England is committed to investing through the Delivery System for Sport. This represents a consistent framework for how sport is organised. County Sport Partnerships play a key role in coordinating investment opportunities across the region. Meanwhile, at a local level, Community Sport Networks are currently developing their Investment action plans to help achieve an increase in participation.
