How we will assess your application
Applications to stage one of the
Active Women Themed Round will be assessed against
our eligibility criteria and
then scored against the specific assessment
criteria for this fund.
As there is a limited amount of funding for
this theme, only the applications judged to be the best will
advance.
These criteria have been designed specifically
for this theme. They will enable us to identify those projects
which will address the specific barriers to participation in
sporting activity for women in the two target groups, whilst making
the most significant contribution to our outcomes
Eligibility
criteria determine whether organisations and projects are
eligible to receive funding under this theme
Assessment criteria are used to
determine:
- A project’s relevance to the objectives of the theme
- A project’s contribution to the theme and our grow target. This
will include an assessment of deliverability, sustainability and
strength of the partnerships involved in the bid.
Sustainability is the extent to which the
activity is likely to continue once Sport England funding comes to
an end.
