The standard of service you can expect from Sport England East Midlands
Sport England aims to be a high performing organisation committed to providing a high standard of service. In order to achieve this we will ensure that:
- Letters and email correspondence should have a full response within 10 working days. If there will be a delay an acknowledgement should be sent within 3 working days, indicating when a full response can be expected.
- Telephones should be answered within 3 rings (both direct dials and the main office number). Our core working hours are 9am to 5 pm. Telephone messages will be responded to within one working day or on first return to the office.
- Visitors will be greeted and welcomed to the office in a friendly and professional way.
- Initial assessment of Community Investment Fund grant applications will be completed within 15 days. A decision on applications for award will be completed within eight weeks
