2012 - 'Giving it our all' in the West Midlands
This is the banner that the West Midlands Leadership Group for the 2012 Games has given to the work that will be carried out in the region to support the Games.The detail is outlined in the region plan launched in March, 2007 - 'Prepare for 2012: Priorities for the West Midlands Region'.
Events in 2007
25 June - DCMS/2012/BBC Question time - held at the ICC in Birmighnam and open to the general public to come along and put questions to a panel of experts that Included: Lord Coe and Tessa Jowell (at that point in time Secretary of State, Department for Culture, Media & Sport )
August - Two 2012 Roadshow visits to the West Midlands:
