Children and Young People

Indicator: Increase the number of participants attending project activities/events of CSP Active England sports project for young people under 16 with disabilities

Healthier Communities and Older People

Indicator: Increase % 5 -16 year olds who spend a minimum of 2 hours each week on high quality PE and school sport within and beyond the curriculum

Indicator: Increase number of adults in identified communities participating in at least 30 minutes of moderate intensity sport and physical activity on 5 or more days a week

Indicator: Increase number of young people under 16 in identified communities participating in at least 1 hour of moderate intensity sport and physical activity daily

Indicator: Increase number of people engaged in organised Health walks

Mid term Outcome: Representation in local authority sport / recreation provision, for example amongst 11-19 year olds, social class D/E, over 60 year olds, BME, people with disabilities

Outcome: promoting and supporting community and volunteering activities, participation in learning, sports, cultural and leisure activities

Outcome: Provide and promote a wide range of accessible and affordable play, leisure, sporting and cultural opportunities
   Indicator: Increase the percentage of 5 – 16 years who participate in an average of 2 hours PE and school sport per week (LPSA Target 7i) (STRETCH)
   Indicator: Increase take up of Passport to Leisure scheme

Healthier Communities and Older People

   Indicator: (LPSA Target 7iii) The number of people meeting set physical activity level (30 minutes of moderate intensity sport and physical activity on at least 5 days a week sustained over 1 year) in target group in 20 most deprived wards
   Indicator: The percentage of adults 16 and over in Milton Keynes that participate in 3x30 minutes sporting activity per week
   Indicator: The number of people with mental health problems or a learning disability participating in sports opportunities provided through targeted services. Expressed in actual numbers and will be expressed as a % of all service users in the year.
   Indicator: Number of people benefiting from weekly physical activities for people over 50 at MKC managed community centres. Expressed in actual numbers; will also be expressed per 1,000 people aged 50 and over.
   Indicator: The percentage of the adult population (16 and over) in Milton Keynes – volunteering in sport and active recreation for at least one hour a week.

Indicator: increase by 15% the number of people recorded as or reporting that they are involved in sporting or cultural activities
