The North East Physical Activity Forum is supporting the development of the North East Public Health Observatory (NEPHO) physical activity projects database. This database provides a snapshot of what is happening around sport, exercise and physical activity in the North East region, allowing the user to view projects listed by type, setting, target group and geographical location. This builds on mapping activity conducted in Autumn 2005 and there is the opportunity to include or update your own projects, by completing the forms located on this page.
