Sport England
Freedom of Information Act – Publication scheme

Introduction
Under the Freedom of Information Act, each public body is required to produce a publication scheme setting out what information it will publish as a matter of course, how and when it will do so, and whether this information will be available free of charge or at a cost.

This publications scheme is a guide to the information routinely published by Sport England.  A full list of the publications currently available under the scheme is available on our web site or can be obtained from the publication scheme co-ordinator at the address below.

Is there a cost for obtaining publications?
Many items can be downloaded from our web site free of charge. Some are available in a printed format, at a cost, while others are free. Details are given in the full list of publications below.

Feedback
We have published the scheme because it is a requirement of section 19 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. The purpose of the Act is to promote greater openness by public authorities (i.e. government and other public sector organisations). It is important therefore that the scheme meets your needs. We welcome suggestions for additional classes of information that could be included. We also welcome suggestions as to how the publications themselves might be improved. Any questions, comments or complaints about this scheme should be sent in writing to:
