The research

Game Plan sets the challenge of moving from 30% of the population being regularly active in 1998 (5 times a week, 30 minutes, moderate intensity) to 70% in 2020.

The objective of this research is to estimate the impact of achieving the targets for increasing participation in sport and physical activity set out above. As far as possible the estimates should provide the following:
