Exciting volunteer opportunity
We have an unpaid volunteer position available in the Legal
Services team at Sport England, Bloomsbury Square, London.
Sport England is a non-departmental public body sponsored by the
Department of Culture Media and Sport and charged with creating a
world-leading community sport environment as part of the London
2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games sporting legacy.
The Role
The role is varied and creative and you will gain experience
within the Legal Services team and wider Finance and Corporate
Services Directorate.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, keen to learn,
with the ability to work on their own initiative in a fast pace
environment. Although an understanding of property law is not
essential, an interest in it is essential. During your time with us
we will provide you with responsibility, a chance to be a part of
the team and a unique insight into capital sports investments and
the protection of public funds.
This role would suit a law graduate and/or LPC graduate who has
an interest in property law.
The candidate:
- Bright, enthusiastic, proactive and dedicated
- Self motivated and not afraid to take on a challenge
- Keen to give ideas and suggestions
- Good IT knowledge and high proficiency in Excel and Word
- Has a high attention to detail
- Has a high level of creativity
- Has excellent written and spoken English/copy writing
skills
- Has good analytical skills
- Is a team player

Volunteer placements at Sport England are unpaid, however
