of trade will apply to all procurements.

Legal Panel Framework
Sport England, Sport and Recreation Alliance, Sport Wales and UK
Sport have teamed up to establish a framework panel of law firms to
provide legal services to national governing bodies of sport and
recreation organisations.
Wecollectively recognise, support and/or fund over 300 sport and
recreation bodies across England, Wales and the UK.
We have identified that sport and recreation bodies face
financial and resource challenges to accessing legal services. On
behalf of the bodies we support we wish to establish a framework
legal panel of up to 10 firms, both regionally and nationally
located, to offer legal services to sport and recreation
organisations.
Appointment to the Framework would be for a period of three (3)
years with an option to extend for a further one (1) year.
Interested firms wishing to be considered for this Framework
must complete a
Pre-Qualification Questionnarie (
PQQ
) and submit it no
later than 5pm Thursday 20 October 2011 as detailed below.
